CCTC is currently responding to a fiber service outage affecting customers west of County Road 272 in Santa Anna.
The outage was caused by a third-party utility crew that accidentally damaged a CCTC fiber cable.
Our technicians are on-site and working to repair the damage and restore service as quickly and safely as possible. We appreciate your patience while repairs are underway. ETA: Due to the extent of the damage, repairs are expected to continue into the afternoon.
