Based on member feedback, this year’s Annual Meeting of CCTC will be held over three days to provide members with greater flexibility for voting and participation.
Pick What Works for You
Members have these options for annual meeting attendance:
Stop by on Wednesday, April 22 or Thursday, April 23 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the CCTC office located at 206 N. 2nd Street in Santa Anna. Members may come inside the office to vote or use the drive-thru window for added convenience.
Come to the Drive-Thru Annual Meeting event on Friday, April 24 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the CCTC parking lot. Our staff will be happy to register you and assist you with voting from the comfort of your vehicle. Simply follow the signs and friendly faces!
Details on Prizes and Voting
All attendees will be entered for a chance to win one of three grand prizes of $1,000, $750, and $500. Members will vote on director candidates and proposed bylaw changes. We look forward to seeing you and appreciate your participation!
