CCTC Goes the Distance for Rural Communities
For the second year, the CCTC team participated in the Foundation for Rural Service Rural Run/Walk 5K, completing 3.1 miles right here at home.
The annual virtual 5K brings rural broadband providers and their communities together in support of the Foundation for Rural Service. FRS helps strengthen rural communities through scholarships, grants, educational programs, and other community development initiatives.
We are proud of every member of our team who participated and helped support a cause that means so much to rural communities like ours. A special congratulations goes to Braxton Smith, who crossed the finish line first and earned this year’s Golden Giggy award!
